End-to-end Automation Delivery: design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, and SAP Intelligent iRPA. Translate complex processes into resilient workflows with full documentation; Product Design Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD).

Problem-Solving & Innovation: research, prototype, and integrate technologies (Python, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, SQL/APIs, etc.) to break down complexity into practical solutions. Persistent in finding structured methods to solve any challenge. There is no IT problem I can’t solve.

Broad IT Expertise: technical abilities extend beyond automation, with the capacity to seamlessly work across infrastructure, application development, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise IT environments. Skilled at bridging automation with the wider IT landscape to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Enterprise Automation Centre of Excellence (COE): design operating models and governance frameworks; mentor developers on technical best practices; create reusable templates, frameworks, and accelerators. Assets I have developed are widely reused to lift delivery speed, quality, and consistency across teams.

Integration & API Design: build secure integrations across REST/SOAP and webhooks; design JSON/XML interfaces; define APIs in MuleSoft (RAML/OpenAPI); test with Postman/Swagger; implement authentication and access controls.

Data Automation & Transformation: extract, transform, and integrate data across diverse sources including emails, PDFs, ERPs, cloud apps, APIs, SQL databases, on-prem, cloud and legacy applications.

AI-Enhanced Automation: integrate machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and Agentic AI into RPA solutions to enhance accuracy, decision-making, and enable more straight-through processing (STP).

Controls & Compliance:implement regex validations, retries, reconciliation, logging, audit trails, and exception handling to strengthen compliance, reduce defects, and ensure transparency in critical business processes.

Collaborate: closely with stakeholders, business SMEs, and technical teams to align on requirements, validate outputs, and ensure automations integrate seamlessly. Cross-functional delivery with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Dev Ops, CI/CD, requirements alignment, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos/code reviews.
